Pre-pres Laboratory – 1

Kozyatağı Lions Club and HABAŞ A.Ş. constituted hard infrastructure of this laboratory in 2005. Thank for their supports.

Prepress laboratory where is students have been learning pre-press processes. There are 20 Macintosh iMac computers, a Black & White and a colored printer in this laboratory. Pre-press students learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign programs on the Macintosh computers. Besides these programs have some plug-in applications like Esko DeskPack, which can be used by students. This program provides some instruments that make them easier and more Professional pre-press processes for flexo printing system, which is widely used in cardboard packaging. Students can see and check their digital printing results, which are printed by Xerox digital printing machine in digital printing laboratory all year long. Students are gaining this experience, which provides that they make good start in their career.
